Rope Pull privacy policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Rope Pull is a puzzle game for iPhone and Android made by Avellaneda Labs LLC ("we"). This policy explains what information the game collects, why, and the choices you have. Contact: support@avellanedalabs.com.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress (levels, stars, coins, boosters, rope skins, daily streak and rush best), your sound and haptics settings, and whether you bought Remove Ads. This stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game. We do not receive it.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- your device's advertising ID (on iOS only if you allow tracking when asked) and other IDs for this app or developer
- your IP address and the approximate location it implies
- device and app information, such as model, operating system and language
- how you use the app and the ads, such as app launches, taps and ads viewed
- performance and diagnostic information, such as app launch time, hang rate and crash logs from the ad software
Google uses this information to show and measure ads, for analytics, and to prevent fraud. Google may use it for its own advertising and share it with its advertising partners.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice later under Privacy options in the game's settings. On iOS, the game asks for permission to track. If you decline, your advertising ID is not shared, so you are not tracked across other companies' apps and websites, and ads are less personalized.
Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Analytics and crash reports
The game uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to learn which levels are too hard and to fix crashes. They collect:
- a random ID for this installation of the game (Firebase Analytics does not read your advertising ID)
- game events: levels started, won and failed, ads watched and purchases made (without payment details)
- device model, operating system version, country and app version
- crash reports
We use this information only to improve the game. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for 90 days.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see your payment details. The store tells the game which purchases you own.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Firebase (Google) and the app stores (Apple and Google) process the information above for us. Information collected by AdMob goes to Google, which uses it as described under Advertising.
Children
Rope Pull is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's settings.
- Change your ad consent under Privacy options in the game's settings (European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland).
- Uninstall the game to delete the data stored on your device.
- Analytics data is tied to a random installation ID, not to your name or email, so we cannot find your data from an email alone. Uninstalling the game ends that ID, and its data is deleted when the retention period above runs out. Email support@avellanedalabs.com with any privacy question.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version at this address and update the date at the top.
